Exchange & Return Policy
We will accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for exchange or return. To ensure this is possible, all tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging.
Items are eligible for return/exchange, if the request is raised within 5 days of delivery. You may contact us on +91-9599583747 or email us at customercare@sewtableclothing.com within the above mentioned period.
Note – shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping then INR100 will be deducted from store credit for forward and reverse shipping charges.
RETURN
All eligible products can be returned for a new product or store credit, which is valid for 6 months. The return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Eligible items include full price and sale products (upto 49% off and that are not part of the 'last few' section).
NOTE : PRODUCTS THAT HAVE 50% OFF OR MORE CANNOT BE RETURNED/ EXCHANGED. 'LAST FEW' SECTION PIECES CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED.
Products can be returned a maximum of 2 times. Forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted each time.
EXCHANGE
Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. We will create a reverse pick-up once know your exact exchange requirements (this must be clearly communicated to the team within the 5 day period to ensure the exchange is eligible).
We may/ may not have the size you would like to exchange, hence we recommend you to speak to our customer care before deciding.
Products can be exchanged a maximum of 2 times.

PROCESS
- Initiate a request to exchange/ return within 5 days of delivery.
- Ensure all requests are clarified to the team to process the exchange/ return.
- A reverse pick-up will be scheduled.
- If it is a return, you will receive store credit. If it is an exchange, the new product will be shipped to you once the return has been received and processed.
PROCESSING PERIOD
Once we receive your request to return/ exchange, please allow our team 24-48hrs to revert.
It takes 10-15 business days to process the exchange/ return.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We do minor customisations only.
All customised orders are prepaid and non-returnable/ exchangable as we will be making the piece especially for you as per your requirements.
PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN
Below categories of products cannot be returned/ excahnged:
1. Custom orders
2. Garments which have been altered by the customer
3. Products on sale, that are 50% off or more
4. Products from the 'Last Few Section'
